Short version: We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train AI models. We keep personal data on Aurandel-controlled infrastructure and limit third-party processing to what is necessary to deliver Sunday Hush and Sera in real time.
Only what the experience needs to work
When you visit Sunday Hush
- Standard web analytics such as page views, referral source, and device type.
- No third-party tracking cookies. No advertising pixels. No data sold to third parties.
- If you choose to subscribe or contact us, the information you share such as your email address.
When you use Sera or other features
- Account information: name and email address if you create an account or contact us through product flows.
- Voice data: recordings processed for speech-to-text in real time and not stored permanently unless required for product functionality.
- Conversation data: conversations processed to provide personalized responses. We store AI-generated summaries and personalized memories, not raw conversation transcripts.
- Usage data: session frequency and feature usage in anonymized, aggregated form.
To provide continuity, not surveillance
- To provide and improve Sunday Hush and Sera.
- To personalize your experience across sessions through memory persistence where that functionality exists.
- To detect and respond to crisis situations using real-time processing only, not long-term raw transcript storage.
- We never sell your data.
- We never use your data to train AI models.
- We never share your personal data with advertisers.
Real-time processing with strict limits
Sunday Hush uses third-party AI services for language processing, voice synthesis, and speech recognition. Your conversations may be processed through these services to generate responses.
We select providers who meet our security and privacy standards. We do not permit these providers to retain your personal data beyond what is required for real-time processing.
We do not share your personal information with these services beyond what is necessary to provide the product functionality.
Built for custody and restraint
- Sunday Hush personal data is stored on Aurandel-controlled private server infrastructure.
- Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3.
- We do not store personal data on third-party cloud platforms beyond narrowly necessary real-time processing.
- Access to personal data is restricted to authorized Aurandel personnel only.
Control stays with you
- Access: you may request a copy of your data at any time.
- Export: you may request your data in a portable format.
- Delete: you may request permanent deletion, with true deletion completed within 90 days.
- Opt out: you may opt out of any data collection beyond what is essential for product functionality.
California residents: Aurandel complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. We do not sell data.
